Two skills, two axes

For Class 3. Craving and savoring are two ways of meeting pleasant experience; suppression and equanimity are two ways of meeting challenging experience. These are separate skills, so they get separate, orthogonal sliders. Drag either slider, drag anywhere on the picture to move both at once, or try a corner below.

Options:

Two skills, two axes. One hand and one stream belong to pleasant experience: the hand grabs and the gold streams turn jagged and get dragged toward it, or the hand rests on the heart and the gold flows through. The other hand, the blue waves and the eyes belong to challenging experience: the hand comes up to block, and the waves turn jagged and bend away around the body, or the palm opens and the waves pass straight through. The mouth and brows belong to the corners: only savoring with equanimity smiles freely. Pencil parts adapted from the Class 3 cartoons.
